THE Supreme Court Friday issued notice to the Central Government and Delhi police commissioner on a plea seeking to ensure that the road between Noida to Delhi is kept clear so that the passage is not affected.
A bench led by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul passed this order on a petition filed by Noida-based Monicca Agarwal raising a grievance that it had become a nightmare to travel to Delhi because it was taking two hours instead of the normal 20 minutes.

The petitioner contended that despite the various directions passed by top court to keep the to and fro passage clear, the same had still not happened.
Agarwal argued that she stayed and worked in Noida, but since she had a marketing job she had to travel frequently to Delhi.
