A crumbling epitome

And so it has happened to another

As it happens to all who take a stand

Majestic bottoms on cushioned seats

Have shown velvet fists and iron hand

Amidst the Supreme Imponderables

To find some reasons you may roam

But all you will find are regurgitations

And self-praise of a crumbling epitome

Those who think a lot are saddened

Others can scarcely conceal elations

While we value individual liberties

They are citing the “comity of nations”
